About OMED Health
OMED Health was founded in 2022 and is a division of Owlstone Medical, the world leader in breath analysis. Owlstone Medical’s mission is to save 100,000 lives and $1.5B in healthcare costs by advancing early detection and precision medicine through Breath Biopsy.
Biotech Web Design Project
Douglass Digital worked closely with OMED Health’s Marketing team to get an initial website up and running which will have a number of phases to come at a later stage. The website is perfectly positioned to help OMED gain maximum exposure for the commercial launch of their products including a waitlist page showcasing their new breath device product which will communicate directly to an app.
Once launched, Douglass Digital are also helping boost Search Engine performance by providing on-going SEO services.
Award Recognition
In 2024, OMED Health received two “Website of the Year” awards, one local and one national, presented by the SME Business Awards, for the website we helped design and develop.
This recognition highlights the success of a collaborative effort between the Douglass Digital and Owlstone Marketing teams.
When evaluating the site, the SME Business Awards panel focused on:
- Clean and modern design
- Ease of navigation
- Clarity in communicating OMED Health’s mission
- Mobile and cross-device performance.
- Engagement and the ability to keep users interested and on the site longer
The end result is an intuitive and highly functional website that reflects OMED Health’s digital health approach.
2025 Website Redesign Update
In 2025, the OMED Health website received a design refresh, featuring a cleaner and more informative layout across all key pages.
The update introduced a wider range of content supported by both static and dynamic images and icons.
The result is a more engaging and user-focused browsing experience.
