Curated Luxury Barbados is a luxury villa rental company in Barbados. They offer luxury villas and personalised concierge services, including private chefs, yacht charters, restaurant reservations and local support.

Hospitality Website Design Project Overview

Curated Luxury Barbados needed a new website that reflected the high-end experience they offer while making it easy for visitors to browse their villas, check availability, understand pricing and book their stay.

The website also needed to make managing bookings, payments and availability easier for the Curated Luxury Barbados team.

Our Solution

Luxury & Minimalist Design

We created a clean and minimalist website that combines a luxury look and feel with a simple and functional booking experience.

Villa Search

The homepage includes a search function with filters for villa name, number of bedrooms and arrival and departure dates, making it easy for visitors to find suitable properties. We also added recommended villas to help visitors discover some of the available properties.

Detailed Property Pages

Each villa has its own page where visitors can view images, amenities, location and other important information.

Live Availability & Pricing

We also built a live availability and pricing system. Visitors can select their dates and number of bedrooms to see the relevant price and availability, along with a clear breakdown of the total cost, including taxes and fees.

Online Booking & Payments

The booking system allows guests to pay a deposit online and then pay the remaining balance closer to their stay. Guests can pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, with automated reminders helping to manage the remaining payment.

Easy Booking Management

Behind the scenes, the Curated Luxury Barbados team can manage bookings, payments and availability without needing to edit the website code.

Brand-Focused Colour Palette

For the design, we used a minimalist layout with olive green and warm muted gold (#BFAC7B). The colours give the website a natural and sophisticated feel that works well with both the luxury brand and the Barbados setting.

Outcome

The new website makes it easier for guests to find the right villa, check availability, understand the full cost and book their stay online.

For the Curated Luxury Barbados team, the new booking system also reduces the amount of manual work involved in managing bookings and payments.

Overall, the website combines the luxury feel Curated Luxury Barbados wanted with the functionality needed to make the booking process simple for both guests and the team.
