Douglass Digital were tasked to create a new website for Wintercomfort for the Homeless. The new website design needed to incorporate their new branding whilst portraying the organisation with the correct image. The previous website didn’t provide an accurate enough account of everything that Wintercomfort does to help the homeless.
Wintercomfort is an information, advice, training and support centre in Cambridge for those who are homeless or vulnerably housed. To celebrate their 30th year new branding a new website was in order.
Wintercomfort approached Douglass Digital to put together a proposal to meet all of their immediate needs. We used our experience working with other charities and not for profit organisations to come up with ideas to help get the new messages and content across effectively, something that the previous website was not doing effectively enough.
After creating mockups for every page that would help tell the perfect story, Douglass Digital built a custom themed website for Wintercomfort providing a level of flexibility whilst maintaining the ability to maintain consistency throughout the website. The website also featured seamless integration with Wintercomfort’s charity database and donation module, Donorfy.
Douglass Digital have been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The team understood our brief perfectly and have created a site which we can be really proud of.
