The British Council for Shopping Centres (BCSC) is the professional body for retail property – an authoritative voice for UK retail-led regeneration and for the management of and investment in shopping places. Douglass Digital has already provided a number of different solutions for BCSC including Retail Matters as well as another conference website for their upcoming Shopping Centre Management Conference
For BCSC 2015, the website just needed to be simple, easy to use and efficiently get across key information about the event.
With frequent information updates, materials and documentation it was important that BCSC had a solution which would be quick and easy to update in-house.
The new site BCSC 2015 conference website is inherently simple yet remarkably functional. It has a number of content areas such as a stunning media gallery displaying last years activity, imagery and video. The site also has a great space for posting news articles and updates about the event. The entire site has been integrated with twitter so an update can never be missed.
The site has been designed to reflect the BCSC 2015 branding and it works perfectly on mobile devices. Using WordPress to manage the website, BCSC has an incredibly easy to use environment for updating content quickly and efficiently.
